Here is a quick story about the best pizza I ever ate. The funny part about this is that it was also the largest pizza I have ever eaten. I was in Chicago for a business trip with several students from a local university and they suggested that we try a classic Chicago style deep dish pizza. Not knowing any better I agreed and we ordered the sausage. When the pizza arrived at the table it looked like a giant pie. In fact, the sausage was one big flat piece of meat about a half inch thick. Needless to say it was the best pizza I have ever eaten and because of the size, also the last for a few months.
